California Required Sexual Harassment Prevention Training for Supervisors and Employees
These classes are mandated by the state of California, & are essential for most Ca. businesses. We have developed both onsite or online training programs in accordance with California SB 1343 & AB 1825 requirements, classes are available in English and Spanish.

HR 101 for Managers & Supervisors.
It has been said repeatedly that employees generally don’t leave jobs, they leave incompetent managers. In the majority of cases, poor management is simply the result of lack of adequate pre-management training. The skills that are required for productive managment are very different from the skills that serve them well as an independent employee. We highly recommend yearly updates for managers, which help create a "zero tolerant" company Harassment policy. Part of this course is the development of Communication & Team-Building skills, which are the backbone of successful management.
Identifying Workplace Bias.
Course for managers, supervisors, and employees, directly tackling workplace bias/discrimination issues. Attendees will properly improve Communication & Team-Building issues helping to create professionalism among co-workers. Course is taught by Professor Jill Scala, who teaches Communication, Team- Building & Workplace bias, etc. at Santa Barbara College.
