Disciplinary Harassment Counseling Services in Alabama

For any Alabama employer concerned with confirmed cases of workplace misconduct but choosing not to pursue immediate termination, generic training just doesn’t cut it.  We tailor the direct counseling, complete with consequences, toward those employees found in violation of the sexual harassment policy.

From Birmingham to Huntsville to Mobile, the disciplinary services are even structured around legal compliance, plus all the needed documentation for human resources.

Core Services Provided in Alabama

Incident-Based Counseling Sessions

Each session is set for a specific behavior. Our trainers review which policy was violated and explain how the conduct in question violates Alabama-specific laws, including the Alabama Civil Rights Act and Title VII.

Legal Accountability Instruction

Employees are walked through the consequences of their actions. We tie their behavior to legal liability under state or federal law.

Assessment for Documentation

Pre- and post-training assessments ascertain understanding. These results, along with a written behavior analysis, are virtually entered into the HR file of the employee.

Optional Monthly Follow-Up

Cases requiring long-term monitoring call for monthly compliance reviews. This is to be sure the misconduct does not recur and gives management recent behavioral clues.

Group Reinforcement Sessions (Optional)

When appropriate, we run specific groups that deal with teams that have been in impacted by the incident. Hence, these are focused on internal culture repair, as opposed to general awareness training.
